Pre-construction

At Acropolis Construction, the work starts with our estimating and project management team. Our preliminary cost estimates, schedule analyses, and review plans allow us to provide you with the most valuable projects. Our team attends all preconstruction progress meetings and provides overall model evaluations, which include value engineering where necessary. Furthermore, we look for code and constructability issues through a detailed coordination of the project documents. Our dedicated personnel work hard to understand the expectations and needs of the project team, and set up programs to see each project through from concept to closing, while holding all team members accountable throughout the process.

Construction

The foundation of Acropolis’ business has been the traditional general construction approach. However, when combined with our preconstruction services, you get the best of both worlds. The value of working with Acropolis is our ability to carry a given project from its concept through to its completion. Our capabilities are far reaching. From initial site preparation and general construction services, to fine tuned finishing details, we are able to provide a full spectrum of specialty services to fit your needs. In order to provide you with the most savings and the highest quality outcome every time, we also provide on-site supervision during construction and hold regular owner and subcontractor meetings to keep the team up to date with the status of the project. Quality and safety are our top priorities, which we closely monitor with a detailed program that includes preparatory meetings, plans and procedures, and specific goals for each project.

Design/Build

Often recommended, the design-build method gives you one point of contact for design and construction. We then strategically select and coordinate with the design team that best suits the specific project. This results in a highly coordinated effort with exceptional schedule, cost, and risk control.
